RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We asses all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. We ask that you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, with your original receipt. The item(s) must be in their original condition.
Please note, a 35% restocking fee may apply for rings being returned/exchanged due to a sizing issue. We highly suggest checking your ring size before ordering if you are unsure of your size.
Do not ship your item until you have received confirmation that your return is being accepted.
We are not responsible for your mailed return/exchange. We are unable to process a return/exchange for an item that is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please purchase insurance on your package if you are concerned.
If your Wildfoot Studio piece needs repair, please email us at email@example.com for further assistance. Repair costs are on a case by case basis.
We highly suggest purchasing a ring sizer if you are not 100% sure of the size you, or your loved one, wear. A restocking fee will be applied for any ring exchanged due to sizing issues. We do not process returns for this issue, exchanges only.
All packages are shipped USPS first class mail, unless otherwise noted or requested. For other methods of shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
