RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our work, we asses all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. We ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, with your original receipt. The item(s) must be in their original condition.

 

Please note, a 35% restocking fee may apply for rings being returned/exchanged due to a sizing issue. We highly suggest verifying your ring size before placing your order if you are unsure of your size.

Please do not ship your item back to us until you have received confirmation that your return is being accepted.

We are not responsible for your mailed return/exchange. We are unable to process a return/exchange for an item that is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please purchase tracking and insurance on your package if you are concerned. 

 

REPAIRS

 If your Wildfoot Studio piece needs repair, please email us at wildfootstudio@gmail.com for further assistance. Repair costs are on a case by case basis.

RING SIZING

Our rings are one of a kind, sizes will be stated in the product description.

 

We highly suggest purchasing a ring sizer if you are not 100% sure of the size you, or your loved one, wear. A restocking fee will be applied for any ring exchanged due to sizing issues.

All orders are shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

 

All packages are shipped USPS first class mail, unless otherwise noted or requested.
